Poor Service - Multichoice

yesterday I walked into the offices of Multichoice Chatsworth centre , where a staff member was rude to the customer in front of me. Thereafter , it was my turn, and she was rude and unhelpful to me as well.Her name is Jessica, and she did not consider my complaint, just refused saying she cannot help, and that we should take our issue to the head office. Jessica had no customer ettiquette, and displayed a complete disregard to me as well as the customer before me. This is not the fist time that I have had poor customer service at this branch. She is not a peoples person., and displayed no proffessionalism what so ever.Two days later, and my problem is still not solved, bearing in mind that this is a service I pay for - it is not for free, Jessica ought to know that all customers of Multichoice pays her salary ,and she ought to have some consideration towards the people that bring food to her table!!!
