Poor service multi choice call center

Last month I called their call center to make a debit order arrangement for my mothers dstv services. The person I spoke with took down my details and processed everything. Only to find that at the end of the month the debit order did not go through.... fine I call them again and they tell me that my mother was suppose to fill in some form. By the way no one told us about this all we knew was the debit order was going to go through month end... anyways they disconnect her services and they send a sms with a bill of R800 odd rand including reconnection fees what not and arrear fees. I refused to pay it as it was not my fault that the debit order did not go thru... I then spoke with the call centre supervisor who then promised to fax the debit order form to me... till to day I think she is still trying to work out how to send a fax as I still hvnt recieved anything... my mother then went to multi choice in durban gardner street they are now saying I must go there with my banking details... you know the way they advertise this debit order thing it sounds so simple and convenient but we still paying cash for the service... ive had it with multi choice everything is a hassle but as soon as ur a day late with payment they disconnect the service now that is sumthing they are quick with everything else is a HUGE drag... mxm
