Poor service monthly from DStv ,blocking my channel even after sending proof of payment

I am real getting **** with the service I get monthly from this providers ,hence am gonna opt to cancel the poor service provider you guys provide to us ,I did a payment at Shoprite last month on the 24 of December and today woke up to my dstv stating am owing and same happen in November after I send u guys a proof of payment which was strange even today I hvnt received any update to what happened to my payment in December,now I do the same thing over and over ,the inconvenience of having a child who wake up and want to watch cartoon and only to see it's disconnected ,I always hear people complain about the experience they get from you guys but I have witnessed that myself ,it's so fun how you describe urself as the best hence ur service is so poor and that stupid WhatsApp chat is also useless because they respond when it suit them
