Poor service KZN at Tugela Ferry Mall☹️

I am So disappointed with dstv multichoice poor service in KZN. I went to thier office in June 2021 to be helped some extention since we do own one decoder surprisingly they never never came and I drove to their office again they told me stories they said they thought the technician came and do measurements but he didn't sorry will send someone even today they haven't came I called again last week Monday a guy promised to come same day at 1 o'clock but he didn't ..I called again on Friday, A lady said no technicians at the moment and is already late but she promised to convey a message to technicians on Monday... Sadly even now they haven't come. What the point of the walk in office while they don't deliver the service. They are not even friendly and no professionalism at all there!!!
