Poor Service Inconvience

My decoder was not working I then took it to Springs multi choice and because I have insurance my decoder was swopped and that's when the problem started when I was debited end of Feb I was now charged for both swopped decoders meaning I now had to phone multi choice numerous times. Spending money on airtime and then having to drive from Nigel to springs where I was told the guy that assisted me with the swop made a mistake and it was then corrected, now here I am sitting with a disconnected dstv again because my account shows that I am still in arrears which I am not, I now went to multi choice in nigel and the lady that tried to help me was on the phone with a Sipho that refused to speak to me as the client and told me I have to go back to the springs branch which is goning to mean petrol again for how long am I going to struggle with this problem and I would have to pay reconnection fees again knowing that the disconnection was and is not my fault, I hope this can be resolved as soon as possible.
