Poor service I want my money

I hv taken a contract with Dstv we hv agreed that they must come and install it on the 27th of September but one of the installer came knocking at my door I thought he has brought the decoder so that he can come and install it month end coz I didn't want this pro rata system but instead this guy said to me, he has come to install it I refused I said no I'm waiting for month end but he insisted and told me its not a problem then he called Multichoice the lady he spoke to me shesaid it's not a problem they are going to move my funds to the new decoder so that month end they will only deduct the one payment that was a big mistake come month they deducted double I've been fighting with Multichoice for the past 3 weeks to reverse my money it's been tough I'm tired I hv spend R150 calling Multichoice they hv promised me 100 times sends email to try and give me back my money but with no luck I want my money Multichoice must just take their decoder and reverse my money I'll go back to my old subscription terrible company *********** ppl money several ppl called me promising me my money today, in 7 days next yr I'm just tired plz come and fetch your decoder and cancel my contract tjo this ppl
