Poor service, I bought a remote controller online from them it's been a week already and no one has ever called me about my order, when I enquire about it on messenger I'm told that the order has been delivered to agency at Pretoria west of which I didn't authorise because it was supposed to be delivered at my house. When I try to call the agent to make sure that they have my order no one is answering my calls even whatsapp only bluetick, I can't just drive to the agency not sure I'll find my parcel because it is also far that's I'm trying to make sure by calling before going there
