Poor service I am dissatisfied 😔

I have app**** for a Dstv router on the 20/11/3021 and the and it was approved but since then was never delivered to us I followed up with Dstv the kept promising me that it will be delivered on 7 working days it was never delivered every consult their names are Ntokozo , Penelope ,Bongani and khabonina are the ones that promised to assist it’s now been 2 months busy following up with my airtime and I did mention I want to use the router also for work but I was inconvenienced.I am very disappointed at the service we received especially Dstv which is a big company so disappointing.
