Poor service horrible
Wow Dstv it has only been 2 months of peace and we are back and the horror you call service has started my fiber is down and I am told that open serve is aware oh well greate for them how does that help me with my fiber problem it's mid day yet everyone knows there is a problem but no one is fixing it what is the expectation here

06 Jun 2024, 14:57I Just called Dstv now spoke to Clive not very helpful told me France mashiyan can not come to the phone to advise on the progress of the request logged today @ 11:00 in the morning it's now almost the end of the day and no one knows what's happening Can France be given training as his afraid to speak to customers every time when I call his in a meeting can that be looked at ref number 229BRK050624
