Poor service given

On Friday the 28th of august at around 12:55, I was at DSTV trying to change the ownership of my decoder. The staff member that spoke with me told me that it's nearly one o'clock and you wanna do the change of ownership, and then she started checking what she was checking by the time these staff members saw that its one o'clock then they started chasing customers away that were in the shop and they told them to go out otherwise they were not going to assist them...<br> I felt very bad seeing such kind of bad manner being given to the other customers like me, They was no supervision at all.<br> And the lady that was assisting me told me that we can not help you anymore because you payed your package already so you must wait till the 22nd of September. I didn't't like to ask a lot of questions because I knew already that these guys they just wanna rush home... I'll never ever step my foot in that DSTV again.<br>
