POOR SERVICE FROM MULTICHOICE/DSTV

My decoder kept giving problems, and every time I call, they tell me to take it in. They then give me a 2nd-hand decoder. Eventually I asked for a brand new decoder. I called and spoke to a very rude consultant named Thobani Njato. He is very condescending and refuses to listen. Apparently, he is working under supervision, yet when I asked to speak to a supervisor, he said they dont have supervisors available. My claim has been ongoing for over a month with no resolution. They take 5 minutes to ask security questions, but cannot access your information to resolve a query. Pathetic from DSTV.
