Poor service from Multichoice

I registered for dstv price lock witch discounted my PVR services but the person capturing the service made an error by excluding my PVR services. Multichoice then charged me separately for this services and when I initially queried this I was informed that they need to cancel the pricelock service and charge me cancellation fee which I refused. I was then told that my matter will be escalated to accounts dept. 17 days later, Multichoice cancelled some of my services because I am expected to pay for a service that is supposed to be discounted and their accounts dept is not accessible at all.
