Poor service from Multichoice.

Hi,

I have recently app**** for the "Black Friday Save deal" with Multichoice, the deal was finalized on the 30th of November 2020 and they promised that my parcel would be delivered in 5 to 7 working days. I have not received my parcel till to date, been calling their Call Centre no one is willing to help as they say there is no way to reach their Sales department, I was even referred to MultiiChoice Service Centre in Lalucia Durban and still there was no help received. They keep on saying they are sending emails and I should expect the call from their Sales team, but no-one is calling me back.

The most difficulty situation is that I already have an account with DSTV, it is up to date with payments, however there is a problem with Satellite dish and it is not working which is one of the reasons I ended up taking this deal.
