Poor Service from Multichoice

Hi, Multi choice doesn't even deserve this one star. i was given a reward in February as an Anniversary reward i claimed it and was upgraded by their own consultant and now they are telling me that they cant find the reward on their side. worse part they tell me to chat to their reward department which couldn't even assist me with this. I have send all the proof that i have and still no assistant received. Wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy at this point.
