Poor service from MultiChoice

On the 18/07/2019 I called multichoice to upgrade my package to compact. I am paying my account through debit order and the confirmed that they will debit R399.00 on the 20/07/2019 instead of R105, but they debited R105 and disconnected my account. When I called I was told to pay R350.73 which includes R50 recornection fees and R13.30 x 3 repo fees which was not explained on the 18/07/2019. The worse part is that they agree that it is their fault but the can not override that reconnection fee or put me back to my previous package of R105. the reference for my last call is ***6-C2 and I spoke to Zimkhitha.
