Poor service from DSTV Outlet

Good day

I am so disappointed of the service that I received from Multichoice outlet in Evaton next Evaton Mall. I was assisted by a gemtleman with the name Tshukudu and he changed the package without my knowledge and now I am required to pay an amount of R255.00 which I was not aware of and I have been paying R150.00 every month and I dont know how am I going to make that payment because last week on the 7th May 2024 I paid the amount that i normally pay on my DSTV package.
