poor service from DStv multichoice

Very poor service from Multichoice,I have been using DStv stream ever since the beginning of the year(2026),have been facing challenges with their payment method,now my stream is not working,I reported the case last week but till now it is not yet solved,all I'm told is to give it 3/4 hours and it will be fine.The agents sounds very clueless of the job they are hired to do,DStv are guys not training your people coz all they do is to stutter
