Poor service from Dstv Multichoice

I called dstv multichoice more than twice and asked them to deactivate my dstv account and suspend my subscription and they told me that my request was updated on their system, but debit orders go off my account and I have to request my bank to reverse the debit order all the time and it is so frustrating, they just won't suspend my subscription and deactivate my dstv account, I don't know at this point who I have to talk to. I wish they told me when I opened the dstv account that I wouldn't be able to cancel or suspend it
