Poor Service from DSTV (Multichoice)

This is the worst service ever I encountered in my entire life. DSTV messed my monthly premium payment & they are unable to fix that so that I can be billed at my correct package being compact with extra view. I have 3 call reference numbers of which the 1st call was logged on the 20th September 2019. Today I obtained the 4th reference number as I cant get further assistance than reaching helpless consultants. This is really frustrating me because everytime I make a follow up I land myself a new reference number. It's a pity the industry is monopolized, if i had a choice i was going to cancel my subscription with immediate effect because i have never defaulted a single payment for the past 11 years.
