Poor Service from DSTV Local Supplier Redibone Technologies in Mafikeng

I have been struggling with my Decoder since November 2023, it is malfunctioning, no recording, harddrive faulty until today 21/08/2024. Their local Mafikeng Repair Shop Redibone Technologies couldn't help me. Every week when I ask for exchange for Decoder their usual excuse is that they do not have replacement decoders I should come next week. Even today it is the same story. Usually repair centres in Pretoria, Johannesburg and Bloemfontein have replacement decoders worse I am paying insurance for Decoder. This is poor service at its best. Why is DSTV neglecting customer in far North West whereas prioritizing metropolitan cities. Are we not paying same Subscription.
