Poor service from DSTV installation team and Pice Lock team

I registered for the DSTV Explora Price Lock package two weeks ago. The decoder was delivered but is not installed. I've tried to arrange installation 3 times but nothing was done. Appointments were confirmed but nobody pitched. I'm definitely cancelling it because there's absolutely no respect for the customer when it comes to DSTV and i'm not going to pay for something i can't use. I've had to call the contact center so many times but keep getting bad service and no installation. I'm done with this pathetic service provider
