Poor Service from DSTV.
I was promised by DSTV free installation for explorer and a price lock on the 13th September, till today that is still not done. After two months of following up i was asked to submitt Pay Slip and other documents. After that they just ignored me till today. That's the poorest service I ever experienced in my life.

This is the poor service I,m talking about. I was asked Theodora Gxowa to send proof of address, payslip and copy of my ID to *** on the 19/11/2019 and I did send the documents at 15h39 till today there is no feedback. Ref ***. Do you expect me to send another set of documents. I won't do that until Theodora gives me feedback on documents I sent on 19th November.
