Poor service from DSTV

I have been trying to downgrade my subscription for the last two weeks as I hardly have time for TV and the lack of content, and the agents keep saying they will call me back, I apparently subscribed to a two year discounted deal earlier in a year which is funny cause I think through any monetary commitments, it’s disgusting how DSTV treat their customers just so they can hold on to them.
