Poor service from dstv

You know I am so disappointed in dstv. I have a price lock with them that I took last year when it was on special for R599. Firstly I never got my take a lot R700 voucher they promised me , then they couldn't register me for showmax but billed me now I have to pay twice in a month cause they will not remove the debt order that they said I can remove after paying the first installment. I paid R440 on the 11th which it was my billing today tv is off now I have to pay R512 and I am on compact and there explanation is that the debt order went through on the 10th got nothing and only came back to them today but I paid what I owed on the 11th. Your service is really poor 😔
