Poor service from DSTV

The service from DSTV is SHOCKING!! Firstly the telephone lines are not working, then we have a whatsapp and chat option where you firstly speak to a "bot" which doesnt allow me to even get to my question. I am trying to link Showmax to my DSTV account. When I eventually get through to a support person she tells me that I am subscribed to showmax so I must email them??? I then got a hold of someone from Showmax (they are so prompt and helpful) they advised me that my accounts are not linked.

I then got a hold of DSTV again by posting on their facebook page. They then sent me a message through inbox and told me to go to this link..which is the showmax subscriptions page...I have been doing that all along and the part where it is supposed to connect to DSTV to verify the account it says go to DSTV self service??

So here I am STUCK between DSTV and Showmax. I have since sent screenshots and steps taken to DSTV through the inbox and I have yet to receive a respose - also advised them that I have Showmax on another chat and I am wasting his time waiting for DSTV to answer me.
