Poor service from dstv

Asked for an upgrade on my dstv account and consultant told me I could pay for my upgrade on my next billing day.I was shocked to have my services diconnected.When I called to reconnect was given a quote and paid.When I called again to check why services were not reconnected was told that I still owed on a functionality that I never requested in the first place .This is pathetic service and consultants not willing to resolve my matter.
