Poor service from Dstv!!!

I had called Dstv to take out the price lock package. I was told that the package advertised includes free installation for both decoders as I have 2 connections. When the installer called to confirm the date, I was informed by the installer that should the installation process exceed 1 and a half hours I would be required to pay. I had thus refused the terms and conditions as Dstv did not state such initially. This has now been an ongoing process, for 2 weeks. I have been pushed form pillar to post from one call agent to another with no joy. I am absolutely frustrated with no form or help or clarification. Dissatisfied and extremely disappointed with dstv
