Poor service from DSTV

Four days ago I posted a review regarding the poor service I received from DSTV in an attempt to cancel my monthly subscription. Tomorrow is the start of a new month and another subscription amount will be debited against my bank account. Up until now I have not had any positive response from this company in solving my complaint!
