Poor service from branch

I replaced a decoder through my DSTV insurance at the Rustenburg branch after the HDMI port failed to work. I received a supoose to be new decoder without a box only to discover that there are missing *****s from the bottom of the decoder. Since the replacement I constantly have to restart the decoder as it freezes and does not record my programmes.
