Poor service. ********** charges

I paid R440 in total and still dstv haven't activated my account and I'm on compact they loaded a debit order without my authorisation now they say im owing due to the charges from the debit order made without my permission and spoke to the manager said will make a follow up and get back to me yet I've paid and no picture from my side send emails no one gets back yo me so please help as dstv is doing as they like with our personal information and negligent with out banking details.
