Poor service

I am bought dstv internet for 400GB and I am paying for 400GB and compact they promise me it's going to be R749 however iam paying 849 Rands it's the third month now everything I call their call center agents put on hold until line drops or blankly transfer me I have called them 5 to 6 times for the same issue and all of them saying it's going to escalated and no one is helping to me it worse agent by the name of NANDIPHA who I called on yesterday day was not helping at showing no interest on my problem instead transfered me I don't have internet that I paid for it's been 4 days now .. emails address are not correct .. all I want from them is for them to give me what I am paying for and what was promised to me .. three month now been promised it's going change I lost my whole days work as I don't have internet at home
