POOR SERVICE

DSTV systems are so useless think they have to stop clients for making payment via EFT , my customer number is *** did write to hello peter last week and promised me that they sorted my query but no, today morning they switched off the service again I do not owe even a cent, made payment on the 29th January 2020 EFT of R400.00 and again cash payment of R400.00 on the 28February did forward prrof of payment several times now but they keep on switching the service off hence they charge R50.00 penalties fees , have to call their call Centre each and every week sometimes even twice a week
