Poor service

At least hire people that are effective and can resolve queries. I was just on live chat with a Vusi. I've specifically told him that the screenshot he want me to send is impossible because I'm strugging to watch shows either on the app or the website. When I press on play it goes back to the main menu, now what screenshot with an error was he expecting me to send? Then he further goes on and insult my inteliigent by telling me that I don't know how to take a screenshot????? I am still not able to watch anything on dstv app or website please get someone who can assist in sorting this out.
