Poor Service
My decoder stopped working after a power outage. Two calls to DSTv did not help solve the issue. Both people I spoke to weren't very helpful. I went to Multichoice in Umhlanga with my decoder. It was confirmed that there is something wrong with the decoder but I could get no information from the consultant about what was wrong or what remedial action should be taken. All she could tell me was that they were offline and that I would have to return two days later (Multichoice in Umhlanga is a half hours drive from where I live). There was clearly an unwillingness or an inability to assist.
