Poor service Error code e48 32

Out of the blue.. I need to call a technician.. Error code e48 32..for the past week channel 200, 205 and 206 have been digitally distorted.. Called up and got told like you service a bmw you need to service your dstv and I will need to call a technician at my own expense.! I only pay dstv to watch sports channels! I pay for these images you Need to provide me with service!
