Poor service

I would like to know exactly how much I need to pay I'm not paying any reconnection fee please clear all arrears on my acc I am tired of this you are a **** disconnecting and reconnecting when you want how come I sent all the proof of payment money went through in advance you guys are poor service I spoke to @xolani Shabalala, mbali @Snenjabulo Nxumalo lot of you please just clear everything and set up straight payment for as I need to pay. All agents are useless I'm tired now I wish to even cancel the whole account
