poor service

Today I woke up switch on my tv,its says my account has been blocked due to non payment. I just started using Dstv on July, and I have been paying them monthly my last payment is on the 30th September, I am on access package and I pay R105 a month,every time I check the balanced before I pay on how much I am owing, it shows me I owe R103.55 all the time .But today all of a sudden I owe R153.55 which I don't know where it comes from because I never missed any payment. I called your call centre spoke with one of the call centre agent but I didn't get any help, i am still waiting for my query to be resolved.
