Poor Service😭

Since December I have been calling in EVERY MONTH to change paydate to the end of the month and EVERY MONTH my DSTV is cut and a fee must be paid. DSTV used to be such a pleasure especially the service at the call centre. I am utterly disappointed as family keeps fighting about how its not worth having but this loyal customer now has nothing to stand on! 25th January I spoke to Doris Tshetshengoa and 25th February I spoke to Mathapelo Magubane. Please reconnect these services until the last day of the month when salary is paid to the account holder!!!!
