Poor service

Consistent poor connection and signal issues for over a week now. Had decoder in at the DSTV service center (Poor, slow service!!) Phoned call center to resolve issues and tried clearing iss on DSTV watts app line, And Still no joy. Paying for a service I'm not getting!!!
