Poor service Dstv price lock

I've tried contacting dstv for a price lock. They have been giving me the run around with regards to that every day since the 13th, they are constantly telling me that they are having problems with their system. I contacted them before moving so I could have access to Dstv, I'm currently home with no connection because I don't know where I stand with them so I am unable to buy anything else.
