Poor service DSTV
I have been calling DSTV the entire morning, wasting my time talking to the agents. They have no idea what packages are or what channel numbers are where. They are utterly useless. Very unprofessional. Their systems were also offline most of the time, putting me on hold. My channels have vanished and I'm struggling to get it resolved.
