Poor service DStv

Mutlichoice’s service is extremely poor! They delivered explora in my house of which I told them that I don’t want it the same day. The day after it was delivered.Ive tried to returned it in vain,when too their shops they refused to accept it. Now it’s a month and every day they block my channels and I’ve paid for my compact premium. I’m supposed to receive the service that I’ve paid for I can’t. Their service it’s extremely poor. On the 20 February 2020, they have charged me access fees four times and the reconnections,which is ridiculous!
