Poor service delivery/Router(Data) package unfairly billed for something not in my possession

I still haven't received a Router/Data package that was approved on the 27th of January and multichoice billed me for that package on the 27th of February and they are about to bill me again on the 27th of march for the same undelivered package,because they have sent an sms that says they will be debiting my account on the said date,this is the 2nd month of poor service from their side,no one has contacted me regarding this matter.Even went to Randburg multichoice but im still waiting in vain for delivery of that package
