Poor service delivery.
I don't know where to start. I app**** for DSTV WIFI in Jan it was delivered in mid February I might be a bit off with the dates. When the Router was delivered I was advised that it would be RICAd upon delivery. I was advised on the payment methods etc.
My monthly subscription went off, however I am still without connection. When I call in the only thing their consultants do is transfer me without understanding the problem.
From Monday until today I have been told 2-24 hours. I am honestly not impressed.

Thank you for reverting. It is sad that we do not get service when the normal process is followed. We need to resort to such platforms. Also please train your staff to probe properly and maybe find better ways to better your process.
I went through to more than 5 agents and one advised that I would get a call from the Team leader. It was at 12am when I called. It is now 3 pm still nothing. Meaning I will again need to call in as the issue will not be resolved.
Your courier guys advised that the sim is RICAd, the consultants said same. The one I spoke to today advised I need to go to a service center in Randburg to redo something that was supposed to be done from the onset.
I am very disappointed with the service. Me nagging like this defies the whole purpose of me wanting the router in the first place.
My kids use it for research, guys we work remotely now I need to go to the office just because one person didn't do their job right.
