Poor Service Delivery.

DSTV Monday received a sms saying my balance was short of R280 i had to pay to reconnect my DSTV account, which I went and paid. Now my secondary decoder is not playing as it has an ERROR e-143 which means my two decoders are now linking. Callled Multichoice spoke to one of the agents and spent 38 minutes without be able to ckear an error. Till to date
