Poor service delivery!

Dstv decided to suspend my supscription 3 times in one month after upgrading from compact plus to premium! I’ve send the same email of proof of payment for 12th time to 3 different people but for some reason beyond my comprehension they just reverted back to their stunts . This is very disappointing and annoying especially after paying for a service not rendered ?
