Poor service

I have been complaining several times about my account. I’ve been told that I'm subscribed to some Indian channel I am not aware of. This is not the first time I report of such, but no action has been taken. In the 4th month of this year, I had complained about this Indian channel subscription. Last month I called again reporting the same issue, and I was told that the matter was escalated to some department to rectify this subscribtion.

I cannot be paying for any prorate fees of some channel that I do not even watch.

I am seriously disappointed
