Poor service

I've been told my change of ownership will take 7 to 14 days but 14 days already pass and decoder still not working and it looks like I'm being ****** day light because I've been charged R150.00 for service fee in Thohoyandou. Just imagine 14 days without a tv especially on a kids the are not surviving well.
