Poor service

Your customer service is useless, no wonder you keep losing customers. Being sent pillar to post to just to reconnect my package. I am being inconvenienced because of yout poor service. You consultants keep on telling me different stories even yiu whatsapp chatbot sends me wrong information then you want to blame. That's nonesense
