Poor service.

Took a contract on the 9th march. I was toldthe installer will come to install,it is april now and no one has come yet to install yet. When i call,they keep on saying they will send someone but nothing happens. If maybe i was told when i agreed to the contract that no one will bother with installing my decoder,i would not have taken the product. This is the most poor service i have ever received from a big company like this. So disappointed.
